First of all I would like to thank John for serving 3 honorable tours of duty in the Gulf war. Obviously his pride in our country has carried over to his pride in his building business, Precision Garage Door Service of Central Michigan which he and his wife Nichole own. It was a pleasure working with John on the purchase and installation of my garage doors, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and fair in pricing. The technicians Al, Caleb and Jack did a fantastic job on installation, answered any questions I had and totally cleaned up the job site before they left. They are a definite asset to the company. Garage door spring broke on Monday and I called that day. The door was fixed and good to go before noon the next day! Fast, friendly service with a thorough inspection of the door system and explanation of what needed to be fixed/replaced. The service technician was great, fast, friendly, and efficient.

The installer did a great job! He first reviewed and explained my purchase options and then performed a quick, clean, perfect garage door opener install. Following the installation he reviewed the safety features and how to operate the controls.
