I was impressed that I got to talk to a real person when I called. I was reassured that parts would be available for an immediate fix if at all possible. I got two new sensors, a new exterior key pad, two new remote openers, and a new bottom strip. Zeke was very personable, professional, and I felt like that man could fix anything All in all, I would highly recommend this company for repair of a very old 40+) door. It’s like new
