Service was exceptional. Called on Thursday and Friday I had a new garage door opener. Precision texted to let me know my technician was on his way and Zeke called when he was 30 minutes out. Zeke is an excellent technician and very clear in explaining your options and their advantages/disadvantages. He explained how long the job would take and was efficient in the dismantling and installation of the equipment. Nice young man, he programed the garage door opener again to both doors, and programed my new car to work with both doors, and put a panel on the door so we can use a code to get in and out without a key. The cable was loose on one side of the door. The bar at the top was a split bar which may or may not have caused the problem but precision garage door replace the bar. With that said the service was very professional and prompt. We were notified about the appointment and every step of the way. We will use them again and will recommend them to other people we know. Zeke was our tech. He came on time, was friendly and very trusting. He determined the issue, and prescribed 3 fixes for our door. We had a broken spring and 30 plus years of wear on the parts. My Garage Door had been getting stuck opening for about eight months,, however, it was getting worse by the day, especially on cold days. I two different garage door companies in my area and left messages. I never even got so much as a return call. Isaw one of your trucks in my town of Houghton Lake. When I called the telephone number that was on your truck, lo and behold, someone answered. You scheduled me within a couple of days. Zeke was my technician. I cannot say enough positive things about Zeke. He was kind and friendly and very very professional. He listened to the issue I was having and then completed several different tests to determine exactly what was wrong with my Garage Door. He told me what he thought was wrong and what I needed and he agreed to keep it as minimal in price as possible while making it safe for me to use my garage door. He gave me a precise quote for the fix, which was exactly the same and the invoice when the work was completed. Because I am a senior single lady, I was concerned that I would be exploited for more than necessary. Once Zeke explained what he thought I needed in a very detailed way I became very confident in his diagnosis and ability to repair my Garage Door. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with your companies response and with your technicians, Zeke, work on my Garage Door. It now opens and closes gloriously.
