Review:
The cable was loose on one side of the door. The bar at the top was a split bar which may or may not have caused the problem but precision garage door replace the bar. With that said the service was very professional and prompt. We were notified about the appointment and every step of the way. We will use them again and will recommend them to other people we know. Excellent service, thank you Zeke!

We were very happy with Ian who did our repair!! He called and asked if he could come earlier than our appointment time to help us and that was greatly appreciated! He also went over everything, explained everything well, and showed us how to maintain garage door down the road. Very pleased with the company and with Ian! He was great!!
