Tiye brings a diverse background in residential and commercial construction, including four years of construction engineering experience with the DOT and FAA. His hands-on skills include fabrication, welding, heavy equipment operation, project management, and project coordination. Tiye believes in doing the job right the first time, even if it takes a few extra minutes, and puts quality before quantity. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, baseball, football, racing, vehicle customization and fabrication, hunting, and fishing. He’s excited to build a long-term career with Precision Garage Door and looks forward to growing into new challenges and leadership opportunities with the company.
