Garage door spring broke about 12:30PM. I call Precision about 1PM, and Tech was here before 2PM. Al the Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Our door was operational by 2:20PM. Lake Isabella

The workers were very professional and courteous. The only problem I have is that I have not received any documentation concerning my deposit or even an itemized bill showing a breakdown of the cost and what is owed after installation is complete. That would be very nice to have.

Same day service. Ian was my technician was my technician and he was very professional, prompt, and answered all my questions about my questions regarding my garage door opener repair. I needed a part for a CHI door and Precision carried them as I found from their website. Set up an appointment and they came out and adjusted my door and the strut at no charge and gave me a quote for an opener. I decided to have them install the opener. The service tech, Ivan gave me all my options, explained them, advantages of each and provided no pressure. He had the parts on the truck and completed the install within a couple hours. Explained everything for operation and maintenance of the door and opener. Fair price and great service. Would recommend them to anyone!
