Very happy with Precision Garage Door. Called them Friday 1/23/26 due to a pulley going bad. They were able to schedule me for the next day.
Caleb arrived on time, inspected the door, tracks, cables and springs. Within minutes he was able to provide me with 4 different options based on the inspection. Caleb went right to work on changing the old spring/cable system to a torsion spring. I was unable to be home until the repair was completed but received a phone call from Caleb stating he had finished. Upon arriving home, I was very happy with the job that was done. Caleb was very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. I would highly recommend this company for all your garage door repairs.
