Zeke was our tech. He came on time, was friendly and very trusting. He determined the issue, and prescribed 3 fixes for our door. We had a broken spring and 30 plus years of wear on the parts. I decided to go with all of the repairs and have the work warranted. I’m extremely happy with the job. And, it was done quickly in a matter of 2 hours. All supplies were on his service truck. It was a relief. I highly recommend the service, and if you can get Zeke for your tech, you will be beyond satisfied.

I choose Precision garage door because they were local and responded quickly. I thought i was only getting a quote but once i got that i was shocked when i asked when i could schedule it and the service provider said they have every thing on the truck needed to do the work. I had the shaft pulleys rollers spindles cables and bearings all replaced. It was completed right then. I also purchased a remote and he programmed it for me as well. I was blown away!!
