Great service. Zeke showed up early and got me all straightened out. He explained what the problem was and told/showed me how to check it myself, if the door goes crazy again. Thank you Zeke and Petcision Garage Door for the excellant, fast, and friendly service.

Precision was the first listing that came up when my wife did an online search. Ian Preston was the service tech. He arrived on time (actually a day earlier than our original schedule), did the inspection, and presented me with 3 options varying in depth of repair. We chose the most extensive option which supposedly carries a 5 year warranty with you folks. I am still awaiting the promised email detailing what was done to resolve the issue and identifying the components that were replaced, and any other actions that were performed. Ian was very courteous and professional, and performed the service speedily, and with a fully functional garage door for us! Very pleased. Bob Cowgill
