Very happy with Precision Garage Door. Called them Friday 1/23/26 due to a pulley going bad. They were able to schedule me for the next day. Caleb arrived on time, inspected the door, tracks, cables and springs. Within minutes he was able to provide me with 4 different options based on the inspection. Caleb went right to work on changing the old spring/cable system to a torsion spring. I was unable to be home until the repair was completed but received a phone call from Caleb stating he had finished. Upon arriving home, I was very happy with the job that was done. Caleb was very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. I would highly recommend this company for all your garage door repairs.

Service was exceptional. Called on Thursday and Friday I had a new garage door opener. Precision texted to let me know my technician was on his way and Zeke called when he was 30 minutes out. Zeke is an excellent technician and very clear in explaining your options and their advantages/disadvantages. He explained how long the job would take and was efficient in the dismantling and installation of the equipment. Zeke cleaned up the area nicely and proceeded to give clear instructions on the use of the new garage opener. Highly recommended. JH

Wow, amazing Zeke was in and out in less than hour. Nice young man, he programed the garage door opener again to both doors, and programed my new car to work with both doors, and put a panel on the door so we can use a code to get in and out without a key. Wonderful service, and so pleasant to work with. Thanks so much, I am passing this along to both kids too.

Zeke was our tech. He came on time, was friendly and very trusting. He determined the issue, and prescribed 3 fixes for our door. We had a broken spring and 30 plus years of wear on the parts. I decided to go with all of the repairs and have the work warranted. I’m extremely happy with the job. And, it was done quickly in a matter of 2 hours. All supplies were on his service truck. I choose Precision garage door because they were local and responded quickly. I thought i was only getting a quote but once i got that i was shocked when i asked when i could schedule it and the service provider said they have every thing on the truck needed to do the work. I had the shaft pulleys rollers spindles cables and bearings all replaced. It was completed right then. I also purchased a remote and he programmed it for me as well. I was blown away!!

I was impressed that I got to talk to a real person when I called. I was reassured that parts would be available for an immediate fix if at all possible. I got two new sensors, a new exterior key pad, two new remote openers, and a new bottom strip.
