My Garage Door had been getting stuck opening for about eight months,, however, it was getting worse by the day, especially on cold days. I two different garage door companies in my area and left messages. I never even got so much as a return call. Isaw one of your trucks in my town of Houghton Lake. When I called the telephone number that was on your truck, lo and behold, someone answered. You scheduled me within a couple of days. Zeke was my technician. I cannot say enough positive things about Zeke. He was kind and friendly and very very professional. He listened to the issue I was having and then completed several different tests to determine exactly what was wrong with my Garage Door. He told me what he thought was wrong and what I needed and he agreed to keep it as minimal in price as possible while making it safe for me to use my garage door. He gave me a precise quote for the fix, which was exactly the same and the invoice when the work was completed. Because I am a senior single lady, I was concerned that I would be exploited for more than necessary. Once Zeke explained what he thought I needed in a very detailed way I became very confident in his diagnosis and ability to repair my Garage Door. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with your companies response and with your technicians, Zeke, work on my Garage Door. It now opens and closes gloriously. I choose Precision garage door because they were local and responded quickly. I thought i was only getting a quote but once i got that i was shocked when i asked when i could schedule it and the service provider said they have every thing on the truck needed to do the work. I had the shaft pulleys rollers spindles cables and bearings all replaced. It was completed right then. I also purchased a remote and he programmed it for me as well. I was blown away!!

Garage door spring broke on Monday and I called that day. The door was fixed and good to go before noon the next day! The workers were very professional and courteous. The only problem I have is that I have not received any documentation concerning my deposit or even an itemized bill showing a breakdown of the cost and what is owed after installation is complete. That would be very nice to have.
