Called around for repair of broken door spring on 20+ yr. old door on our Northern Michigan home and Precision quickly connected us to the right people for our area within minutes and set up an evening appointment so we wouldn't have to take a day off of work. The guys determined that the old spring couldn't be replaced, so we needed a new torsion cable, springs, rollers, etc. which also meant the old opener needed replacing. They actually had a choice of openers on their truck to choose from so everything was installed in a matter of hours! They also checked our door, and said for a 20+ yr. old door it works fine, only needs a seal. I appreciate that they didn't try to pressure us into buying a new door. The guys were prompt, courteous, respectful, and cleaned up everything after the install and advised us on simple maintenance. When it's time for a new door I will definitely call Precision Garage Door of Central Michigan. If I could give 10 stars I would, your company is AWESOME!

I needed a part for a CHI door and Precision carried them as I found from their website. Set up an appointment and they came out and adjusted my door and the strut at no charge and gave me a quote for an opener. I decided to have them install the opener. The service tech, Ivan gave me all my options, explained them, advantages of each and provided no pressure. He had the parts on the truck and completed the install within a couple hours. Explained everything for operation and maintenance of the door and opener. Fair price and great service. Would recommend them to anyone!

All I needed was to have the cables added and the tension spring tightened for a recently installed custom sized door I installed myself. I choose Precision garage door because they were local and responded quickly. I thought i was only getting a quote but once i got that i was shocked when i asked when i could schedule it and the service provider said they have every thing on the truck needed to do the work. I had the shaft pulleys rollers spindles cables and bearings all replaced. It was completed right then. I also purchased a remote and he programmed it for me as well. I was blown away!!

Garage door spring broke on Monday and I called that day. The door was fixed and good to go before noon the next day! Fast, friendly service with a thorough inspection of the door system and explanation of what needed to be fixed/replaced. The service technician was great, fast, friendly, and efficient.

My garage door suddenly wouldn't open, I called Precision in the morning and someone was at my house by 2 that afternoon. They sent a picture of their worker before he got to the house, had new springs and a new opener installed in 2 hours. They offer a Veterans discount which I don't expect but is always appreciated, I would definitely recommend Precision for your garage door/opener needs
